Location

Long Rock lies between Penzance and Marazion on "the old A30" which has now been superceded by a section of dual-carriageway.

From Penzance bear right at the B&Q roundabout as if going to Morrisons. Continue straight on at Morrison's roundabout into Long Rock.

From Hayle, at the big roundabout after Crowlas, instead of going right onto the dual carriageway into Penzance take the third exit signposted Long Rock.

In the village is a roundabout, on one side of which lies the Roundabout Garage. Sea View House is opposite the garage on the seaward side of the roundabout. There's plenty of parking space so do pull into the entrance.

Fees

Your first Health Kinesiology session will last about 11/2 hours, and cost £50. Subsequent sessions last about 1 hour and cost £40.
